We were delighted to welcome Prof. Meike Levin-Keitel (University of Vienna), who shared her journey from early career researcher to leading a junior research group and beyond. Her brief input on securing funding, establishing and leading a junior research group, and navigating the next career stage sparked a lively discussion. With fewer than 20 participants, the session allowed for many questions, active exchange, and strong engagement from both sides. We would like to thank Prof. Levin-Keitel and all participants once again for making this inaugural session a success.
The colloquium series is organized by the members of the Early Career Researchers Board (Dahae Lee, Wiriya Puntub). The next colloquium session will take place at the beginning of the upcoming semester.
